Falcon Acoustics M Series
There are 5 models in the range, with a planned centre speaker. All have no-compromise 18mm M10 only) or 18/25mm MDF cabinets hand built by specialist cabinet makers in Italy. Falcon’s commitment to quality is further shown by the use of heavy-duty custom Falcon designed rear terminals are mounted on 2mm stainless steel plates throughout, and for the floor-standing M40 and M50, a heavy plinth is provided complete with CNC engineered stainless steel spikes.
All drive units (apart from tweeters) are designed by Malcom Jones and hand built by Falcon to ensure the highest consistency and quality. The M Series tweeter is a custom-made design made for Falcon by SEAS of Norway.
The M10 is the smallest in the range, a 2-way ported stand mount speaker, with matched pairs of 5” B110 woofers especially selected for a smooth response, which together with the custom Falcon M Series tweeter produces a speaker capable of outstanding quality, absolute precise imaging, excellent bass extension and extended sound stage.
The M20 is a mid-sized stand mount 2 way ported speaker, with a new Falcon B200 8” cone woofer especially selected for extended bass and accuracy of response, using the custom Falcon M Series tweeter. This combination gives good bass extension, the typical midrange accuracy for which Falcon is so well known, exceptional imaging and wide sound stage.
The M30
is a larger stand mount 2 way ported speaker featuring an additional 19mm Super Tweeter, with the new Falcon B200 8” cone woofer optimised to the larger cabinet enabling even more bass extension, highly detailed midrange and the custom Falcon M Series tweeter working together with the Super Tweeter giving a highly detailed and open top end.
The M40 is a mid-sized stand mount 2 way ported speaker, with a new Falcon B200 8” cone woofer especially selected for extended bass and accuracy of response, using the custom Falcon M Series tweeter. The M50
is the largest in the M Series, a 3 way ported floor-stander, offering exceptional sound quality and specification. The legenday Falcon B139 woofer provides stunning bass, twin dedicated Falcon B110 midranges give exquisite midrange accuracy and definition. High frequencies are again provided by the custom Falcon M Series tweeter. A Custom metal plinth with Heavy Duty CNC Falcon Stainless Steel spikes finishes an exceptional flagship loudspeaker.
